First of all, it cannot get on 5G internet and has trouble to connect to my 2.4G internet. Second, with a cable, it showed installation was successful, but only the scanner was installed, and don't know why the printer was never installed; third, the tech support was not helpful - kept telling me I should call Apple because my mac was putting restrictions. The web tech support kicked me to the phone support, and the phone support kicked me to Apple. NOT HELPFUL AT ALL!!! I'm going to return it!!! This printer is terrible for this! It simply cannot print within a very specific area of a piece of paper. In other words, it pulls in each sheet and begins printing almost randomly. It also cannot NOT print on heavy stock paper. You will be better off spending more money to buy a quality printer!!!
