That's why I decided to buy this HP wireless printer in May. The setup was easy but it wouldn't print. Error msg kept saying: Not connected to computer. And then: No paper in tray. I was connected and there was paper. Frustrated, I called a friend who works with computers and she did the setup process again. It still didn't print. Next I called a person trained to work on IT problems. He repeated the setup and checked connections. Yet the next time I tried to print, it still wouldn't print from my laptop. Those same two error messages popped up every time. I had surgery and wasn't able to deal with this problem until today. I tried to print one last time and realized this must be a defective product. I hoped to return or exchange it but found it had a 30 day return policy that just ran out. What a bad deal. They got my money and'm stuck with this brand-new useless wireless printer.
